Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. NO REFUNDS - Overview

At MakandaaX (OPC) Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering exceptional technology services. Due to the nature of our work and the significant investment in resources, time, and expertise required for each project, we have implemented a strict NO REFUNDS policy.

2. All Payments Are Final

The following types of payments are NON-REFUNDABLE:

• Advance Payments: All deposits and advance payments required to initiate projects
• Milestone Payments: Payments made upon completion of project milestones
• Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription charges for SaaS products
• Consulting Fees: Charges for consulting, advisory, or professional services
• Development Fees: Charges for custom software or application development
• Training Fees: Charges for training programs or workshops
• Third-Party Services: Fees paid for hosting, domains, or third-party tools
• Any Other Services: All other services or products offered by MakandaaX

3. Why We Have a No Refunds Policy

Our NO REFUNDS policy exists for the following reasons:

• Significant time and resources are allocated immediately upon project initiation
• Our team requires upfront commitment to deliver quality results
• Custom development work cannot be reversed or returned
• Intellectual property and proprietary methods are shared during engagements
• Maintaining competitive pricing requires commitment from both parties

4. What You Can Expect Instead

While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our work with the following commitments:

• Quality Assurance: We will fix any bugs or issues in delivered work at no additional cost during the support period
• Clear Communication: Regular updates and progress reports throughout the project
• Revision Rounds: Agreed-upon revision rounds to ensure deliverables meet requirements
• Support Period: Post-delivery support as specified in your agreement
• Detailed Proposals: Clear scope and deliverables defined before project start

5. Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project:

• All payments made to date are NON-REFUNDABLE
• You will receive all completed deliverables for work paid for
• Any work in progress will be provided in its current state
• Source code and files will be transferred upon request (for paid milestones)
• Future pending payments will be cancelled

6. Service Disputes

If you have concerns about the quality of work delivered:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
• We will review and address valid concerns at no additional cost
• Remediation work will be prioritized accordingly
• We are committed to ensuring you receive value for your investment

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare circumstances where MakandaaX (OPC) Pvt Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed services at all (complete project abandonment by us), we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit towards future services. This does NOT constitute a refund policy and is entirely discretionary.

8. Shiv Shakti Dham Services

For our spiritual services brand, Shiv Shakti Dham (launched July 2026):

• All donations made through Shiv Shakti Dham are non-refundable
• Online Puja bookings are non-refundable once scheduled
• Astrology consultation fees are non-refundable
• Virtual Darshan access fees are non-refundable

9. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

• Your access to services will be immediately suspended
• We will contest the dispute with all available documentation
• Legal action may be pursued to recover disputed amounts
• You will be responsible for all legal and administrative costs

10. Agreement to Policy

By making any payment to MakandaaX (OPC) Pvt Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this NO REFUNDS policy in its entirety. You waive any right to request a refund for any services or products purchased from us.
